This is Bolero by the Spanish composer Fernando Sor (1778 - 1839, for a description of his life, see the comments with Les Adieux).
Although Fernando Sor was a Spanish composer, he wrote very few particularly Spanish pieces. In his compositions he followed the trends from the Paris guitar salon. This Bolero, however, forms an exceptiion.
