The Argentine Julio Sagreras was a guitarist and composer. His parents were both guitarists, so it is not surprising that he learnt to love te guitar from his early childhood. He studied piano and composition at the Conservatory and later on started his own school, La Academia de Guitarra. After graduating he gave many recitals, before audiences and on the radio and published many works with the famous Argentine publisher Francisco Nuñez. His best-known works are his six-volume guitar method Lecciones de Guitarra and some virtuoso pieces like El Colibri, the famous right-hand challenge.
