Well, there is a lot of waltzing around in this opus number by Carcassi. Op. 10 Nr. 9 Valse is a cheerful straightforward piece like the other waltzes in this opus, that is played best in strict waltz tempo. I suggest to play it fairly fast to obtain a nice ” Strauss” effect. If possible, put some emphasis on the bass line.
