This Andante comes from the Méthode Complète by Fernando Carulli. It is a popular beginner’s piece which appears quite long if you are learning guitar with little knowledge of score reading: two full pages! I played the piece as a starting amateur guitarist, it was included in The Classical Guitar, one of the fine anthologies, compiled by Frederick Noad.
