Querencia (homesickness) is a Milonga, the cheerful sister of the Argentine tango. The Milonga occurs in its traditional form in the area around the mouth of the Rio de la Plata in Argentina and Uruguay.
You can argue about the tempo of the piece. Homesick implies a melancholic performance. Pay attention to the fingerings to get smooth chord transitions. Bars 5 and 13 run best with the little finger on the fourth string.
