This is the Serenade Op. 96 by the 19th century Italian composer Fernando Carulli. The movements are Largo maestoso, Allegretto moderato, Larghetto sostenuto and Finale poco allegretto. Because the piece is quite long, I split the piece in sections. Here you will find the Larghetto.
